Here is a general health tip. I've been a little behind the curve on this one but have gotten the word and am passing it along. Many health advocates these days are emphasizing the need to eat lots of vegetables as a way to get enough daily nutrients. One nutritionist I've started consulting with says 8-12 servings a day should be the goal. Vegetables are tasty but 8-12 servings would challenge anybody's taste buds, so the leading way to do it is to blend up veggies with some fruit and make veggie smoothies to supplement salads and vegetable side dishes.
